5 Tips For Panic Attacks
Panic Attacks are not a problem if you learn certain tips. I'm going to provide you seven 5 tips which really help you to over come Panic Attacks.

1. Know Your Inner Self-Talk
Most people don't know that they have 'inner voice' in thier mind. The self-talk or inner voice is like a running commentary. The rushing negative thoughts harm your body and mind. They will do potential damage by causing anxiety and Panic Attacks.
So you should be aware of your inner 'self talk'. Observe how your mind reveals the thought flow. Don't involve with it. Just stant neutral as if you were watching traffic.
Initially, you will find it difficult to hear and bear the 'inner voice'. But you have to listen to the self-talk as if you were listening to some one else. This is a great practice to empty your negative thoughts which create Panic Attacks.
If you observe closely, you will understand that much of your self-talk is senseless and untrue. When you realize this, suddenly you will feel great relax. It's an important step in eliminating your Panic Attacks. So practice being neutral and observing your own thoughts every moment.
2. Be Optimistic
Optimistic attitude helps you to over come negative thinking. Whenever your mind projects negative thinking or emotion, look at that from a positive perspective. Don't react spontaneously to your negative thoughts.
Replace your negative thinking with motivating and confidence building positive thoughts.
3. Focus On Breathing
Whenever you feel anxiety and Panic Attack, turn your focus immediately onto your breathing. You have to breathe at slow pace. Shallow breathing increases anxiety or Panic Attacks.
So deliberately take deep breaths from your diaphragm (abdomen). Breathe slowly and deeply. This tip work wonderfully.
4. Learn To Relax
Practice relaxation techniques. For example, Jacobson progressive relaxation technique, meditation and self-hypnosis. These will provide you perfect relaxation. And you can also do certain yoga postures like 'corpse pose' for instant relaxation.
5. Change Life-Style
Make some lifestyle changes too in your life. Don't take alcohol, coffee, tea or sugary carbs. By making healthy lifestyle choices, you help yourself to over come Panic Attacks.
